it may sound a little strange, but i LOVE water fitness. i spend most of my time working out water-aerobics style at the olymipc swim center. After i take a class for 45 minutes, i swim a few laps, and use water-weights. working out in a pool is so much more entertaining than at a gym. besides going to the pool, i do a lot of yoga at home using tapes and videos i get from the library. i dont work out because i wan to concentrate on losing weight, i definetly do not have that problem. basically i work out to maintain my health-nut lifestyle. and because it makes me feel so much better inside and out. i just want myself to be in decent shape.
also, i sail competitively on small boats, which actually require a lot of man-power. during sailing season, my coach requires the team to spend 45 minutes with the trainer at school twice a week. man, she makes my thighs BURN!!!!!!!!!! crazy nazi
