I'm 15, and I do 200 push ups every other day (If you work out every day I'm sorry but you're stupid because your not giving your muscles a chance to heal) and can bench 170. I try to do 300 sit ups every day, 200 if I get lazy. I lift 30 pounds on my butterflies and my pecs and shoulders are fucking gigantic AND WHAT OLD PEOPLE? LOL jk
