I lost half a stone over xmas not sure how!I used to do over 300 sit ups in one go when I was bout 20 then fucked my back up. Do need to get back to my 20yr old body, thats one of my new years resolutions long with stopping smoking cigarettes!

word man, I GOTTA give up the darts after the new year. Kills me, but my lungs mean more.
