i dunno it can be Pakistan's "traditional" rules,(for example in Iraq, women are a big shame,they can kill little girls,women,and it is Iraq's "traditional" rules )... but in Islam, Koran says "do not kill people with out a reason" i mean there is no any subject about "honour murder" in Islamic culture
in Turkey (about %70 of general population are moslem) and honour killing ,(honour murder?) (sorry my english is bad) is impossible
