they must have, cause thats really the only way you can get busted. unless they see weed, pipes, bongs, beer cans, or anything like that. but if they just came in you can fight it and win at least from my experience.

If cops came to my house for a noise complaint, I'd stop making the noise, lock all the doors and if they knock tell them to come back with a warrant.
