Yes any one can send you something. How about the anthrax mess. They change there sthealth around so it's not always the same look. My brother in law got some chronic with PCP sprayed on it for xmas and had to take his girl friend to the hospital. They tested her and found PCP and are now watching them as the law was called to the hospital.
