First of all, I just have to say I couldn'ta done it without this site and the kindness of you strangers. Which is why I am givin' back to yall of my experience. My most sincerest thanks!!!

The facts: 30 yo, female, 5'3, 170 lbs. Average activity levels and metabolism. Was a daliy toker for around 8 yrs., then about 6 mos. ago cut down significantly to about 2 weekends per month. Since it's summer and all though .... smoked about every other weekend the last 6 weeks. 9 days before the test I did not smoke, but I had a big fat brownie that knocked the shiznit outta me. That was Sat. night. The following Thurs. (5 days) was when I found out I would be having the test on Mon. I immediately started drinking constantly - water, coffee, cranberry juice and beer. Also, I ate fast food with red meat every meal. I ate really fatty and no physical activity (both things I've read would help). And drank, drank, drank. I took a home test Sat. night and passed and one Mon. morning of the test - 2nd pee of the day, beginning of stream and passed - with a very faint line. I also have these pre-natal vitamins that have 300% B12 - so I took a couple Sat. night, Sun. and Mon.

On the day of the test I woke up at 6:00 am (test was at noon), and started drinking. Drink, drink, drink. I basically went by N2's dilution method, except I did not take a vitamin with every glass and I didn't take any aspirin b/c I didn't have any (plus,by then I had passed 2 home tests). Popped a vitamin. At 8:00 grabbed a sausage and egg croissant. Kept drinking coffee. Got to the test at noon. I had peed at least 4 times before then. Filled the cup mid stream. Shit my pants for two days (figuratively - not litertally (although those fucking burgers are sitting like a rock inside me). And I PASSED!!! Thank the lordy halleluah!

I don't know how much of what I did (like the fast food and meat and all that) really made the difference. I did not creatine load (with powder or pills). I think if you follow N2's method you will not over-drink. That was really what I was worried about. Also, getting the home tests was SO worth it!

Hope this helps someone. I have truly been through hell with this BULLSHIT.
