The knife blade can't be bigger than your hand I do believe.

so as long as the blade is shorter than the lenght of your hand, you can carry without a license?

Also I forgot to tell you that if you have the knife on you and you commit any crimes the knife might pose a problem for you if you get caught being that it could be used as a "deadly weapon" but I hope that would seem as common sense to you and that you wouldn't commit any crimes.
