About tripping on orange shells

Yeah, someone once made a topic about how you can take orange shells and put some tooth pace on it or something and let it be for a week, and then you would trip or something. What i wanna know is how was it supposed to be done, is there a link to that topic, and does this work? Do i need to put it on the orange or the white side? How many days? Cold, warm, dry? What kind of place should they be in? Outside or inside the house?

That sounds ridiculous.
