it can help with social anxiety and focus IF you get the right weed. Try an indica, and a sativa to see which you react too better. Indica makes me very tired and unmotivated, but some folks like it a lot and it works well for them. Sativa is more mental and doesn't seem to sap my strength as much, I feel smarter and more aware when I am on it. I would suggest you try sativa strains first, but do try both.

If you don't know what kind you have or are getting, look it up in strain guide. I am sure the growers on here could help you out with that too. I always find out what kind of herb it is, then look it up on the net to see if it is indica or sativa. Your dealer doesn't always grow, or know and I like to make sure for myself. (too many times been assured I'm getting some kind only to discover later it's just mids)

sometimes the names change according to where you are in the world though, so make sure you know what you are getting.
