i have a metal one and it works great. breaks the nugs up just perfect to roll a blunt, pack a bowl or whatever you do with the weed. even has the magnet around the edges where it closes.

Go on Ebay buy a grinder from Grass Leaf.
They also have a website www.grassleaf.com.
I have used both plastic and this Grass Leaf one and the plastic ones are not very good compared to it. They are expensive but I have bought 3 plastic ones and after a couple of months I have had to bin them. The metal 1 is brilliant.

i would actually recommend a plastic grinder. think about it, though. metal is just worse than plastic to have on you in general. plus i've had experience with plastics. they're great. and the teeth work good because they are thick.

probably since you broke one tooth, it was grinding against the teeth and nug unevenly, causing more teeth to break.
