Day light and flowering
Well redeye, welcome. First of all i hope that you have done your homework on the particular species you are growing. Secondly, we have a thing called the equinox and if you look into an atlas you'll most likely learn it's cycles. In the beginning of summer, the days are longer and as it progresses it get' shorter. Your assignment(if you choose to accept it)
is to time it (the flowering) when this takes place.(days start to get shorter) And as for the males, you'll see the nodes after about a week or two of flowering snatch immediatel. Females have the pistils, DON'T TOUCH for eight or nine weeks then harvest, cure, season and toke..
