messed up big time

hey guys, how are you doing, hopefully a little better than I am.

I kind of messed up with my girlfriend. She lives with me and well what happened was Tuesday nights my nephew (8) and niece (5) sleep over and we were playing games and shit and my girlfriend was folding our clothes and my other niece (13) was also in my room. My girlfriend was going to sleepover my 13 year old nieces house so I had told my girlfriend about 20 minutes earlier, before you leave, watch the kids so I can have a smoke outside (cigarette), because they don't know I smoke. So 20 min pass and my nephew and niece that sleep over were ready to play their game (hidden treasure game I dunno really what kind of game it was) and I was walking into my bedroom when I pass my girlfriend in the hallway and I felt her bag, kind of a 2'x1'x1' bag and it felt packed, so I thought for a second, fuck thats a lot of clothes for one day. And then as I turned around to look at her, I told her, don't forget, please watch the kids because I want to smoke and she said, "Go now because I have to go. To me, she said it somewhat demanding and in a nasty tone.

So I told her, well, what about the game.... she said what game? and I said, the kids said that you were going to play the treasure hunt game and I thought you were going to play. So she said she did not know about any game and could not play or to hurry up and play because she had to leave. Basically the only thing I wanted to hear that would have calm me down was, ok hun, let's play their game and then I'll watch them while you have your cig, but that didn't happen. So she went into the living room and put her bag down and I continued walking into my room, the ceiling fan was on blast, and it is the one you have to pull on the rope, and I live in Jersey, the heat is on in the house, wtf are you turning on the fan, because your not paying for 1) electricity, and 2) gas for the heat... so that kind of enfuriated me more. So with no nicotine, my fan on, my girls bag packed (sleeping over for a few days, not the 1 day she claimed), I got angry and took the clothes that she folded that were on my bed and threw them around the room. And then she came in a few minutes later and said, whats wrong, and I told her nothing, so she started picking up the room again and then at one point she threw the clothes at me, so I threw them back at her. Well to make a long story short, I fucked up, something small and stupid I know, but I feel incredibly awful and 9/10 I'm a rational man, I have never done anything like that, so as I write this post, I'm going to go to the bathroom, I am not going to bother calling my girl tonight but I will let the shit settle, then I'm going to fold my clothes and get ready for bed, but do you think I should do anything to repent my actions and/or do you people think that what I did was that bad? I know people that throw tvs, dishes, cell phones, expensive breakable shit and abuse women..... but hehehe, I just tossed some clothes around the room, still stupid, but not that bad. My feeling on it, I am going to learn from it, think twice before I act and I would like this to give me an excuse to do something nice for my woman. let me know what you guys think.

man reach into your pants and grab your balls.fuck that.if shes making you feel uncomfortable you should squash that.your the man.you pay your shit and shes just coming and going.especially if she dont want to play with the kids but rather leave sounds like you shouldnt feel guilty.if it was me id a made that bitches night horrible.if you use your words wisely there is no way shell have fun when she goes out.master the guilt trip.valuable tool against females.
