Cool thing about these plants... they can be near death.. with no hope of revival.. but like Zandor said...cloning is an option.. and "you" still have a pretty good shot at succesfully cloning them.. FREAKING AMAZING..

    I LOVE LIFE....

I found that there is a product for fish tanks called "complete care", I have used it 3 times to treat my nutrient/water, although I dont know what bacteria was colonizing in it, it would cause a black film in the nutrient/water collectors and on the medium, it was slimy too and was suffocating the roots with this slime,I tried a mild bleach leech to control this but all it did was slow it down,"I was afraid to go very strong with the bleach" so i tried the complete care and it wiped it out totally. The reason for 3 treatments was because of 3 different systems that were affected with the black slime stuff, all were transplants from soil to hydro.

Yes!!! Atleast thats what the website says! [Rhino Seeds]
If it's true then one need not even bother with clones any more ..unless to ensure a garden of females..but I think the seeds were feminized anyway?
I'm gonna try some of the Grapefruit someday

the problem occured from moving plants from soil to hydro, and the light question...my resevoirs are kept completly dark, otherwise it could promote algae.

hi space.. so you moved your plants from soil to hydro...
how long did it take for the plants to recover? every few weeks smeone will come on here with a failed attempt... usually it is from hydro to soil that the people have trouble with...

any other advice you can give for this transitionary process..

    thanks

    : )
