i get up... smoke a cig, work out, play some guitar, shower then go to work.

NO CAFFEINE fFOR ME

i hated being addicted to caffeine. its nice to get up in the morning and jump outta bed instead of rolling ot and dragging my carcass down to the fridge for my fix of dew

now i work out and it wakes me up just fime

Depends on the Belle de Jour. If she's really good, I go back to sleep until I smell breakfast cooking. Oddly, sometimes when I wake up and the house is empty, it's better than having some companionship. Usually two alarm clocks and a cup of tea do the trick when I'm alone.
