Jerry Garcia was perhaps the master of the guitar, keyboards and dobro. On many of his songs(garcia) he plays all the instruments except the drums. He is also an accomplished banjo player and acoustic guitar player.

Drums? Mickey Hart. After Garcia's death Hart starting getting into African Drums and now travel with a band he formed.

Also on the guitar checkout Tony Rice. I bet you all(those of you who have heard him) that you will find no guitarist alive today that can keep up with him. He is just fucking awesome and a huge inspiration.
