Hello all, I'm new to this forum. I've been reading through many of these posts and I've taken in alot of good information. IamN2Pot gets an MVP vote from me...

Well here's my situation, please provide advice on what I should do...

I am in my mid 20's. I'm 5'9" 170lbs. I usually work out a gym pretty hard at least 4 to 5 times a week. I do both weight lifting and cardio. I've been working out on this pace for a good year at least. I consider myself healthy, I eat well and I take GNC multi-vitamins every morning (for the past 6 months). One of my favorite things to do when I return home from the gym is to sit on my couch in front of my big screen TV and just start blazing it up. I think of it as my reward. I have been smoking nearly every day for the past three months, and before that about 4 nights a week. Well, I had an interview yesterday for a great job and I am feeling great about it. Of course, I will have to take a drug test as part of my pre-employment screen. I really need this job. The last time I smoked was the night before my interview. (watching ESPN classic college football smoking a couple of fat blunts with some friends). I worked out today with some heavy cardio and plan to work out hard and not smoke until I hopefully hear the good news that I got the job. If all goes well I am looking at taking the test at some point late next week.

What should I do? Should I buy a detox kit from GNC?? any other supplements? Any advice is welcome.. thanks!!
