I was born Catholic, but now I just consider myself Christian. I don't know if it was because I have gone to Catholic school all my life and am just sick of the bull shit they try to teach me or something else. I formulated my own beliefs from reading the bible, and listening to some wise people that I respect. A lot of the things the Catholic religion teaches has no roots in the bible, and I disagree with those things. I love Jesus and his teachings, and that is what I follow, not some man in a dress that can forgive my sins.

I think it would just be human, to cleanse ourselves of what we think we know, believe nothing, then learn and take in your own information and base your beliefs on that. Most christians base their beliefs on what people tell them, and not by interpreting the bible for themselves. I mean, I have, and it's alot more metaphysical and actually kind of like buddhism and shintoistic structure. Kind of Rating: 5
