Here is how we do it in San Francisco...
We go buy those lil round charcoals(most tobacco/incense shops carry them).
They are as big around as a 50 cent piece and burn for 30 minutes or so.
When lighting charcoal place it on top of a can of soup, etc etc.
Once coal is burning you can use a large needle to dip in oil and drop on hot coal. I use a glass straw to inhale smoke. I would advise to same since plastic tase like shit when heated and inhaled. This practice really works well. Very clean way to inhale your fav oils. Many use the coals to burn powdered incense.

I ran out of weed as of now and just have honey oil, I'm wondering what are some portable methods are smoking just the honey oil instead of dripping some on top of a bowl?
