windows XP using the classic theme, black background, 1280x1024 resolution with all my applications in quick launch folders on the taskbar called 'applications,' my audio editing programs in 'audio' and irc clients in 'IRC.' no special desktop icons.

You really shouldn't bother... Apple computers are pretty much dead. Itâ??s confirmed that they will be switching to Intel CPUs. I'm sure they will offer a version of their OS for their new x86 based CPU computers for a few years but the handwriting is on the wall. And thank god, Apple should have given up on computers 5 years ago. They are just going to be an MP3 and media company and maybe they will try to move into the high end / over priced PC hardware market but I doubt anyone would really want that...

You must be joking. In just five years they have gone from a 5% user base to 20%.
