push the Prnt Scrn key on your keyboard and it automatically takes a picture of whatever is on your screen at the time. then go to start -> run and type in mspaint and click ok Originally Posted by GanjaASD847

that should open a program called paint. then hit ctrl+V and your screenshot should magically appear. then go to file -> save, and save the file wherever you want on your computer.
now you can post your desktop like the cool kids (nerds)
