it could, would depend on your fridge tho.... some fridges put out more moisture in the air inside and some are alot dryer.... it also depends on what else is in the fridge... if you keep alot of exposed foods (i.e. any food that isn't covered) that has a decent ammount of moisture in it (could range from anything from vegetables/fruits all the way up to crap like meat loaf and such) your fridge would be alot "moister" (can't think of the right word, been drinking all night and i'm sleepy, i want to say condensation but that's not right either) then it could be if everything that was exposed (not air tight) had little to no moisture in it, such as rice cakes and so on... but if you did keep it in the fridge, you couldn't just take it out and leave it and put it back in, because the cold tempature the weed would accumulate would (even if just the slightest bit everytime) would turn into condensation as it "warmed up"
