I just had a little tid bit of advice to pass on. You mentioned that your intake fan was a lot bigger then your exhaust. This will result in the room being slightly pressurized. If the fans were reversed the room would be in a slight vacuum. This means that any leaks would cause air to rush into the room and not out of the room. This is a great practice for people with worries about odor control. Also whenever you open the door to the room, air would rush inside instead of out. This would also help on odor control.

As far as your temps, I think you'll be fine. The lights are a a bit too high. I tie a string to my reflector and attach a weight to the end of it. The string is exactly 18" long. This allows you to keep the light at a constant 18" from the tops of the plants.

In the summer months perhaps you could use a window air conditioner if youre worried about temps.

Hope some of this helps.
