It has to be 100 X 100 pixels (or under 25kb). To check how big the pic is by pixels go to the pics properties and you should be able to find it in there. You can shrink it down using paint or paint shop pro etc. It has to be fairly small to be accepted and if the graphic is too detailed it will go over the 25 kb limit (thi pic size in kbs etc is also in properties)
