i think parents should care, you have to give your kids some authority atleast and set some rules so they dont end up getting arrested. If i had kids my rules would be, no smoking until around 15 years old, can't get in the way of school, and don't smoke where you're going to get caught. But educate them about how they can fuck themselves over. Also weed, and only weed! my morals will probably change though.
