We talk about this type of stuff a lot in my communications classes believe it or not. We were talking about a guy named Marshell McLuhan he was a social scientist type guy he said that â??the medium is the messageâ?� meaning that societies are shaped by how they communicate with each other. He studied the effects of technology as it related to popular culture, and how this in turn affected human beings and their relations with one another in communities. Itâ??s actually fascinating fucking stuff. Heres a good link if you want more on him.

being born in the 80s, it is just so remarkable to hear older people talk about how the world has changed. i love discussions about this, and i always think about how different things will be in 5, 10, or 20 years from now.

Pot made me feel better but going to church and connecting to GOD really saved me from going crazy. I thought I was in control until I realized that I'm not in control and I can't change people or situations. I believe you can only trust GOD for the answers. Giving all my control to GOD and just don't take everything personal really helps.

So you all elders out there, does your other half enjoy using pot?

Mine don't know.
