without doubt weed is much more superior than most solids, but long, long ago, there was a wider selection of solid gear available and it was pretty good, some of the dealers then took a great pride in the quality of gear they sold and had a in depth knowledge of what they sold....it was more than just a £10 draw to the local kids who probably wouldn't know good gear anyway
