hey, im new on this site but not new to smoking pot, i don't too much , once or twice a week sometimes three four if im having a bad week, and i want to know if pot can cause any permanent mental harm

From what I have read the short term memory impairment that it causes is reversed as soon as the user stops smoking. From all the new articles I have read the damage isnt as permanent as once believed it used to be.

IT all depends on wether you are smoking cannabis or soapbar and if you are predesposed to any mental health issues. If you are smoking soapbar can i reccomend you stop straight away that is not cannabis if you are mentally stable stick to using cannabis bud. If you can use a vapouriser then you are doing yourself no lung damage either. Hope this helps.
