If you use the fan, put it on your window ledge, and point it outwards. That way the smoke will be sucked out of your room, into the void.

There are some smoke neutralizers on the market, and if you're going to smoke thÃ*t much weed, i suggest you try that.

If you are a minor though, and live in an area that prohibits smoking MJ, don't do it. Wait until you reach the legal age.

now im not so sure if we should..... haha. well i think we mite smoke in my room once, taking all the precautions. If theres no smell the nextday then yay, we do it the next night too
