when i did it. it gave me a buzz for about 1 minute. i kept waiting for more and nothing happened. for me it was the biggest rip off, i could get more of buzz from 2 beers.

I most certainly swallowed it... this is ritual. The ritual is called "path of leaves." A stack of nearly 30 fresh Salvia Divinorum leaves are nibbled from the leaf all the way down to the stems, once you've been chewing on the material for about 20 minutes, you swalllow.
