honestly love you have never tasted anything so nice as black pudding fried

I know the ingreidents may sound a little off putting (pigs blood and fat) but I have a little confession here

.................. it's one of my most very favourite of all munchies

Just cut a few thick slices and fry lightly and then serve up between a couple of slices of fresh bread with plenty of butter on

It's terrible for any diet but it's just so nice I can't resist it
