I read that Northern lights are indoor/outdoor, but i also read most people grow them inside...so is it a smart decision to plant them outside around April?

Northern Lights outside?
In Washington you might want a shorter flowering plant...flowering will start around mid-end of August.So...Is there enough time from then till harvest before the storms and cold weather come.
Pretty much all plants are for outdoor(Thats where they started)

Northern Lights outside?
If i plant around the middle of may when the weather becomes acceptable... and flowering takes 7-9 weeks for northern lights, that means i can harvest beginning of august, and be done with it by september...right?
