THC wasn't the cause of death..choking was.

THC lead to the choking BUT something could have led to the use of THC and something could have lead to that, ect.

actually there was an actual case of marijuan killing someone...literally...a guy was in his barn which he used to store bales of marijuana and one of the bales fell off the upper level of the barn and crushed him.
