The reason why weed is illegal is simple,because the billionaires that control this country don't want to become poor.Take president bush for example if weed were legalized he would lose a pretty good portion of his oil fortune,because they would start making fuel out of cannibis thus making the oil industry virtually useless.And it does'nt stop there the alcohol,tobacco,pharmaceutical,timber,and newspaper industry would all stand to lose a small fortune.So as long as bush is in office it will never be legalized.
