Alchohol is addictive, but, weed is also addictive.. It's true.. But not anywhere near alchohol..!

If you "OD" on alc. you DIE, if you "OD" on weed, you fall ASLEAP!!

The government are starting to realize stuff like that, and are starting to leagalize it..

I you get busted with a little weed on you, you won't even get a fine anymore.. Sometimes they even let you get away with it.. without taking the weed..

But, here where I live, they are so affraid of it, and they tell little kids in 1. grade, that if you smoke weed, you will end up braindead.. That's what I was told in 1. grade!

It made me stay off the herb until I was 16!! Now I don't regret it, I have good grades in my watchamightcallit, the grade book!

And I still don't smoke ALL the time, cause I just started on a stuff.. Uhm.. I'm learning to be a carpenter!

But back to were I live.. A friend off mine, got busted with a 1/4 gramm of hash, and got towed to the station, and asked about a hell off alot off crap..

And, it is proved that if you smoke before you are fully developed, you won't develop to the fullest.. One of my cousins is 27 years old, and dumb as a brick.. He started on the herb, and ended on some other shit.. That is not proof that the herb is bad, but you WILL NOT develop to the same level you would if you never smoked..!

That is why the government doesn't want it to be leahgalized..

Personally, I don't give a fuck if it's illiegal, I will never stop smoking!

And I also think all off the above is bull..

If you smoke, not to much and to often, NOTHING will happen.. Also when you drink a glass of wine, or take one drink, it will be good for your heart!

I just find it really amazing how it's taken so long for the population of this gullable world, to actually look past government properganda and actually realise that 80% of negative comments pointed out against weed is in fact Bullshit!!

Still, at least it's happening! Slowly but surely however!! I think we have a lil way to before this generation come to their senses! I mean come on man if people wannna make the decision that they are gon smoke a fuckin plant for fucks sake, then why can't they have the right to do so??

Because drug money promotes violence. Oh wait, that's because the BLACK MARKET is running the weed trade.

Because if it were legalized, corporations would have a hell of a time competeing with it (Big Tobacco and Alcohol ones), and the fact that it grows almost anywhere makes it hard for any corporation to make money on it unless they wisen up and grow tons and sell for low prices.

maybe i am dumb or its just my high coming to my mind but the reason the green is illegal is mainly because the government has yet to have a brillant president if the government realize how useful marijuana is their would be a market and the leader of the market would be USA and if the government allowed it to be sold publicatly are poverty may go up or down but are debt would go down their making us out of debt and if we ceased the war on drugs in colombia and started the war on getting people on the mean green stuff people wouldnt try coke why because that green would be cheap and would you rather do something every one does or pay more and be alone doing it well thats more of a statement but its illegal cause we have an idiot for president who is in favor of the green party i am for sure :thumbsup:

Why do governments do anything? Money and power. That's what it all boils down to. That's all politicians and legislators care about. If they didn't, they wouldn't be so rich and powerful to begin with.

The War on Drugs is good for providing the government and close friends of the government (tobacco companies, alcohol companies, pharmaceutical companies, etc.) with money and power, so that's why it continues.

Another reason many drugs are illegal is because they cause you to think freely, to question things taken for granted by others, to question authority. Drugs make people think in their own way instead of just absorbing what their government says. They want to restrict your experience to sobriety and drunkenness because they know other states of consciousness cause unrest among the population.
