i think im the one pothead in the world that doesnt really care if its legalized or not. i can understand the government's position to ban it because there are some health hazards to it but i think it they were to ban marijuana, they should do the same for alcohol and cigarettes. ban all bad substances or dont ban any. alcohol is the cause for many deaths of drunken driving and there are hazards with it causing liver cancer and of course cigarettes and their second hand smoke is more hazardous than first hand smoke.

either way, as long as there is a "black market" all illegal activity and substances will exists because the market for it is too great to ignore

Hmm well in terms of taxing stuff, it's so easy to grow marijuana that the government would not make all that much money. Alcohol isn't very easy to make, it's a lot easier to just buy it, and tobacco only grows well in certain places. I presume that marijuana will be legalized in the relatively near future, especially since more and more states are legalizing medical marijuna. I presume it'll go something like this, somebody will get busted for medical marijuana, they'll end up with a case at the supreme court, and it'll be made legal somehow. Like how can marijuana be a medical drug when it's a plant, and then how can states let only doctors prescribe it, it should just be legal for all. One great plan would be to sow millions of acres with marijuana seeds, and just let it grow like crazy all over the place.

It makes smoking God's greatest creation more INTERESTING!!! It's like sneakin in the kitchen to get some cookies from Granny's cookie jar. It makes the cookie taste a lot better because of the concept. Plus God created cops to make the game of weed and politics more fun! But for real though, I tell the government to suck my dick when it comes to smoking weed. In fact ANY drug...excuse me, "Nature's Own Products"...should be legal. and i agree totally, it's redundant, and totally illogical.

but then again... it's just what america IS.

we came to the americas, and told the natives "this is our land, gtfo". they fought back enough that our ancestors let them stay... in the worst lands they could find.

and then, they decided the natives werent enough, we had to get something much bigger than a nation, we had to target a PLANT.

a PLANT that was LIKELY born before the first human ever was, a PLANT THAT WAS MADE SPECIFICALLY FOR HUMAN NEEDS!

if that's not the trigger to the apocolypse, then there will be none.
