Lincoln Reincarnate

This may seem a little far fetched to some of you- But I beleive I am the reincarnation of Abraham Lincoln. I read through his biography and his life was like, so similar to my own. Supposedly he had one ambition: To make a contribution to the world and make it an overall better place. The wierd thing is, that's my dream too. And ol' Abe was suicidal in his younger years... Much like myself But I swear, I get this gut feeling... I think I have Abe Lincoln's soul I don't really know what to expect as far as replies go, I just had to get this off my chest.

I remember, in the 1960's, seeing an episode of The Rifleman (#118) where a guy thinks heâ??s Lincoln. Most of the townspeople humor him, but of course some mocked him. Like Lincoln, he could wrestle - and defeat guys that were disrespectful to him, or Lincolnâ??s legacy.

RastaKaze, your belief sounds virtuous, may it be your path. I'm sure "Honest" Abe knew how to spell "weird". If you have a God, or Gods, then believe it was "Abe" whom he sent down "Angellically" to travel in your direction and, if you have the ambition, it's up to you to carry on for "Abe" in the same direction.

I remember there being something similar about John F. Kennedy and Lincoln. I looked it up and below are the similarities. To sum it up, if you become president, you're gonna get shot in the head. Hopefully the third time is a charm though!

Lincoln - Kennedy coincidences

1) Lincoln was elected in 1860, Kennedy in 1960, 100 years apart

2) Both men were deeply involved in civil rights for African Americans.

3) Both men were assassinated on a Friday, in the presence of

their wives.

4) Each wife had lost a child while living at the White House.

5) Both men were killed by a bullet that entered the head from behind.

6) Lincoln was killed in Ford's Theater. Kennedy met his death while

riding in a Lincoln convertible made by the Ford Motor Company.

exactly one hundred years later.

Harvey Oswald was born in 1939, one hundred years later.

11) Both assassins were Southerners who held extremist views.

12) Both assassins were murdered before they could be brought to trial.

13) Booth shot Lincoln in a theater and fled to a warehouse. Oswald

shot Kennedy from a warehouse and fled to a theater.

14) LlNCOLN and KENNEDY each has 7 letters.
