If you don't think pot is a hindrance...
I never said I got high from doing other things, just that I can enjoy them without getting high. I actually like doing them more high most of the time. Unfortunately, I'm dry or I'd be high. And please smoke two for me. I'll have some this weekend and we can burn if you'd like...I promise I won't wig since I've never smoked before. Just giving my input like you. It's all good though...keeps it interesting!

I graduated college with a double major and with honors. I've travelled the world. I did some pretty serious rock climbing and mountaineering. I've become a father and purchased my own home. I'm currently an executive in the High Tech industry, bringing home a pretty decent paycheck. I did all this while smoking weed reguarly, doing a lot of acid, and eating large quantities of shrooms. Now I'm not trying to claim that I'm hot shit or anything. I really don't think I'm any better than anyone else. I just wanted to point out that smoking weed, and using other drugs, never inhibited me from doing anything.
Now this is one of the smartest comments I've read on this board in a long time. This right here is the key. Weed should be used to enhance things that you already do. Weed shouldn't become the thing that you do. It's kind of like putting salt on your food. A little bit here and there makes things a whole lot tastier. If you just start eating spoonfuls of it though, you're gonna fuck yourself up.

You have it all wrong. It's spelled "inhabiting" or "inhabit", not "inhibiting", Pot doesn't inhibit, it exhibits.

Yah man, it inhabit my to rise up. I smoke 2 joints in the morning, well den I smoking 2 more for that. Well, now it time to smoke 2 joints, and then I smoke 2 more. Time to get up, get out side, and now to smoke 2 joints. Well once I dun dat, time to smoke two more, and I still aint inhabited yet. So's I walkz on down to old Park streets and gets me two more joints, but da boys dont let go, we smoke two more, and then I smoke two joints. But dat aint all about inhabitin that smoke, cause I smoked up two more joints, I headed back home where I smoked two more, and then, hell, I smoked two joints fer dat. Well, I den smokin 2 joints and you gotta smoke two too, and den lets smoke two joints for dat inhabitin too and den come back with 2.

It's like the salt of life.
Hey, I agree, great things can be enjoyed with and without. Yet in this persons experience everything goes better with cali.
Hey, I thought I did a nice diddy for you all and I have smoked at least 10 grams of the finest already today. I could have edited the end, but it is pretty good for a couple minutes.

Being perfectly honest here, i don't see cannabis as a hindrance. For some, maybe. For me, no.

You wanting proper vision is a want.

Is it necessary to live every second of your day withuot pain? No, as long as the pain isn't overly inhibiting.
Is it necessary to live every second of your day with pain? No, but you can as long as the pain isn't.. what class? Overly inhibiting.
You WANT to not live with pain. Pot is 100% necessary not for survival, but only necessary to fulfill a HUMAN DESIRE you have.
So I still support my original statement: "Anything we do that is not absolutely 100% necessary for survival is a want, not a need."

Your analogy, down to a tee, is like:

It is absolutely 100% necessary for me to live, as God intended me to live, or as I was born, or as I lived the first nineteen years of my life, and smoke Weed.
I lived 19 years without chronic pain.
I shouldn't have to live the rest of my life with it and Marijuana, not only suppresses the pain, but gives me a restoration feeling.
No one is gonna say that I "want" Pot. I need Pot.
My choices:
Herb
Chronic Pain
Epileptic Medication
Make a choice for me, please Caruso.
I want you to make a choice. Because, I don't want to have, only, those three choices, but I do.
So, if I don't want Herb, then you are telling me that I want Chronic Pain or Epileptic Medication.

I know you didn't ask me, but I'd stick with the weed.
