lol, I don't think you should drug him to get him to ask you out..

just go for it, be like "do you like me?" and if he says yes then be like "want to go out with me?" That's what I'd do.

Do what babyface said, trust me you can't fail... you ask if he likes you, then he says yes or no right? Ok so if he says no there's no pressure you were just curious or something but if he says YES then you can just ask him if you wanna get together and have no worry of being turned down.
