Purple Buds!?

sawleaf Reviewed by sawleaf on 07-28-2004. Purple Buds!? I don't think this is a problem at all, but I would just like to get a few opinions. I just recently harvested the main cola on my White Widow female, then lowered the lights for the 4 other colas to mature a bit more. The next day I checked them, and with the new light, they were growing like crazy! But here is the weird thing. All the new bud growth on the lower 4 colas is the most wonderful lavender purple color as opposed to the standard green of the rest of them. This didn't happen Rating: 5

The bud in the pic is one of 4 smaller buds. They are about 5 inches long and 2 wide. It is 6 weeks into the flowering light cycle.
