Ok i wanna get a new comp... what should i buy?

intel says its a 3.0ghz but i think it runs slower than that - i dont think intel rates thier chips excatly

im a pc eng and ive noticed Intels run slower then they claim i think they sit around in the big office and say this 2ghz is now 3 cos we said so
