I'd say yes, or you could put it in a tupperware container with a slice of apple/segment of orange. Maybe moisten is up when it unfreezes

yeah i was thinking about doing that, but you'd think that since it preserves it, it would be ready to go after a few hours of thawing out. i hope it's not really hard still. the bag when i got it out of the freezer felt wet. it was in a little baggy, not the ziplock kind, but the stoner kind lol. and then it was rolled up in that and licked to seal it. then i put it into a ziplock baggy. maybe the wetness was from the stoner bag being lick sealed. ya know?

Freezing is notorious for drying things out. Hence the term Freezer burn although I don't think it applies with weed. The best way I can think of to prevent this is the trusty foodsaver vacuum packing thing. Only problem with that is the compression factor. But is should have exactly the same moisture content it had when you bagged it up. And the nice thing about those things is you can make the bag too big and when you take some out, can reseal the same bag over and over.

well if u want to save it. if u keep it in an airtight bad (suck the air out) and keep it away from light and excessive heat it will not degrade. I think freezing it is a little extreme

just thought it was neat to hear people talking about putting something in the bag. I used to put either a tiny tiny piece of carrot, or an orange peel section or something, and it would keep my pot perfect.
Ever so often I'd
have to take it out to ensure the pot didn't get too saturated, but it sure
beats dry dusty pot, although I guess some people like it that way...

Yep, the foodsaver is def the way to go. I've got some Blueberry vacuum sealed that has to be at least a year old. The last time I smoked some, about a month ago, it was as good as the day I bought it. Even better than putting it in the bags, however, is to get one of the vacuum jars that go along with the foodsaver. It's still packed in a vacuum so it is preserved but you don't get the compression and you don't have to worry about cutting the bag to open it each time.

in the future, do not freeze it. freezing bud bursts the sacs and along with the cell membranes which causes rapid dry out. the best way to store for long or short periods is in a mason/fruit jar in the fridge...think cool and dark along with an air tight container and it'll store indefinitely while still being fresh. and ALL plastic leaks air over time...
