I have heard of people keeping the butter and using it on toast and stuff like that.

does anyone know if cannabutter would work with margarine or vegetable spread? cause that's all i have..... i could buy real butter if it doesn't work, but if it's the same, i'll just use the stuff my mom buys.

I would look it up, I cant remember exactly it is, but you have to have either salted or unsalted or something like that. The kind your mom has might work, but I would check it out first before you do it to make sure you dont waste your bud.

Most people go with/recomend regular butter.

Yea but make sure you have a little bit of water in the pot first. Put the water in until it starts to boil, than add the butter. Wait like 5 minutes, than add the buds. AND MAKE SURE YOU KEEP STIRRING EVERY 5-10 MINUTES! Me and my friend forgot to do this one time and we burned the buds. The butter turned out ok and we all got ripped, but the whole house reaked like bud/burnt butter. Or you could lower the temperature and just have to sit for a couple hours if you dont feel like checkin up on it the whole time.

Yeah, just simmer it on a low flame for 2 hrs.
