with the vote to allow/disallow dispensaries on Kern we have to consider their biggest and most invasive abuse of the law and that is the COUNTY ordinance of NO MORE than 12 MM plants on ANY plot of land. to me this says even if you own 100 acres of land and you have 10 other patients growing WITH YOU all u can grow on that lot is 12 plants. their approach is vastly different and if left unchallenged could pave the way for those who intend to legislate us back to the stoneage
