im 18 and a very responsible adult i believe weed smoking and all drug use is a 18 and older experiance your brain has not fully reached its coping point, its also a study that smoking underage can lead to enormous psychological defects so i dont condon drug use in children.15 and up now theres an exception.

Okay first of all it's not federal law that restricts carring and ounce of the jane. Here's the run down : John Hickenlooper who is the mayor or Denver had it legalized. okay so everybody gets happy but the catch is right now it's not totally legal becuase the STATE law not federal says that it is illegal and STATE law overrides and city of county laws. SO if the authorities find it on you and it's an ounce or smaler they usually let you go if you seem harmless. But they can always reserve the right to arrest you or give you a ticket for it if they want.

there was something passed recently by the city of denver that says people over the age of 21 and in posession of less than an ounce couldn't be prosecuted. This is a city law, although I think the city cops did bust someone; people in denver can still be stopped by state troopers, as on the state books, marijuana is illegal.
