    STRECHING!

As for nutrients. What will they live on if i dont feed um? There is no goodness in rockwell and as soon as the roots are big enough they are going in the nft system for some serious growing time.
You can start giving them a LIGHT feeding at about 3-4 weeks. Then if they seem to be taking to that after another week or two then start increasing the fert. At seedling stage there's more danger in over-feeding than under-feeding. And most new growers tend to over-feed and over-water.

It is something the pros say, so I wouldnt do it!

Also mirrors do the same thing, if they didn't, EVERYONE would ofcourse use mirrors.. 100% reflectaition!

actually the main reason for not using mirrors is that they absorb the light more, but hot spots is a matter aswell

so much to think of, so much to do.
they are growing (slowly) and i have fed um a bit but not everyday. might lay off the weak nutrients now though as common thought seems to go against it- even though they seem fine and look healthy. here r a couple of pics: (they are about 2 weeks from the day i put them in the rockwell) do they look ok for that age?
