yeah thats true, ive never thrown up syrup but everytime i go a few months without using dxm and then do like 700mg i throw up but its all been pills so i havent tasted the syrup on the way up

Yuck, that's tasty with lean, but it'd probably gag you just as much as normal Robitussin/Vicks/[insert favorite cough preparation], if not more. Lean has a sweet taste.. burns a little when taken by itself. Robo is just gag-inducing.

I've never thrown up from taking DXM. I have a strong stomach.
