no no no.... go to the store buy kosher salt, or epson salt... like a soaking salt, one of those big containers and then also buy 90% rubbing alcohol. pour the salt till it fill about 1/8th of your bong and then pour the alcohol as much as you can.... let it sit. Plug the hole/carb and just let it sit. make sure your rubber grommet is out because it will rot the grommet big time. let it sit over night and by the next day it will be clean as a whistle. Also if you want I can get you the name of this other stuff I used that is a 1 minute cleaner that works wonders too. let me know.
