no dont break them up, just pop as many as u can swallow at a time, what you should do is find whatever cough medicine you have and look at the mg dextromethorphan in each pill or if its syrup the mg of dxm per ml. then add it up to whatever kind of dose you want 200-300 low 400-500 med 600+ high for your first time, youll grow a tolerance over time so itll take more in the future
Hoy Ho Reviewed by Hoy Ho on . DXM First Time.. hey...i read the FAQ and thought about tryin some DXM for the first time, i looked in our cupboard and sure enough we had some cough syrup with it. The sticky said take 100mg-250mg. I took 75mg, waited 10 minutes for any effect at all, nothing happened so i took 40mg more. waited about 30 minutes, then took 130mg and after all this, i laid down with my eyes closed and my nose tingled, but thats about it.
