Most likely the heat. Overwatering would probably not cause the curling.

Not so much on the side, just inward. What could this be from? I have 225 watts on them (2 plants in a 2x2 or 2x3 box), Miracle Gro Potting Soil, and i water them whenever the soil looks dry.
